Volunteer Procedures

Any visitor to the Oka campus needs to first report to the Administration Office.  Volunteering? Please sign in and attach a sticker that is clearly visible for the entire time you are on campus.  While the teacher and students you're supporting may know you, there are hundreds of other students and dozens of staff members who might not.  

 

If your child forgot to bring something to school such as their lunch, homework, or other needed supplies, it must be dropped off in the office.  It is not acceptable to go directly to the classroom and deliver it.  Our office staff will work to ensure it gets to where it needs to go at the appropriate time, with minimal disruption to classroom instruction.
