Welcome
Mrs. Cowper currently lives in Costa Mesa with her husband who works at Talbert middle school, their two sons who attend Plavan elementary and their newest addition, baby Mabel. Mrs. Cowper was born and raised in Fountain Valley and attended Moiola Elementary School and FVHS. She earned her BA in early childhood education from Vanguard University, as well as her multiple subject teaching credential. Mrs. Cowper has been part of the Fountain Valley School District family since 2004. She began as a behavioral interventionist, working with students on the autism spectrum, then later completed her student teaching at Plavan Elementary School. She feels blessed and proud to be part of Oka staff and serve the students of this community.
